STARTING | TOPIC

If you have experienced a powercut or your TOPIC fileserver has shutdown unexpectedly please contact TAS asap.

Otherwise please follow these instructions

At 'Desktop' on the TOPIC server you will have an icon 'Services' please open.

Within 'Services' you will see 'D3 Virtual Machine Enviroment', this will have stopped !

NB: You will NOT have access to TOPIC if 'D3 Virtual Machine Enviroment' has NOT been started!

To start, right click 'D3 Virtual Machine Enviroment' and click 'start'.

D3 will now run a startup process and will then appear as 'started'.

You have now successfully started D3 and the TOPIC system.

All TOPIC Users will now be able to access TOPIC.
