PRINTING

If you find you cannot print from TOPIC please check the following

Make sure the PC which the printer is attached too is on and operational.

Check that ALL cables are connected correctly.

If all the above points are in order please do the following

At any TOPIC menu type SSP (Stop/Start Printer) and check that the forms are set to the correct printers.

Press the F2 key and this will list any print jobs that have not printed.

Exit out of TOPIC and at Enter User ID type RESETPRINT - this will then reset your printers and delete any print jobs sitting in the que within TOPIC.

It is also possible that a que has formed in Windows - at the TOPIC fileserver go to Control Panel - Printers, right click on the printer you are experiencing problems with, Open and Cancel/Delete all print jobs.

Once you have completed all the above points your printer/s should now function correctly.
