TAS do not support other application software which may be installed. If there is installation of additional hardware or re-siting of existing hardware TAS will assist where possible at the current hourly rate (or part of).

TAS are NOT responsible or contracted to give support when viruses have been introduced.

Internet, email or any additional software applications are NOT covered by the TOPIC quarterly licence. Where possible TAS will give support and charge at the current hourly rate (or part of). If TAS cannot resolve the problem, TAS will contract with a third party specialist company to carry out the necessary support. This will be charged at their current rate.
