HARDWARE MAINTENANCE

ALL TOPIC file servers come with a
1 Year Onsite Warranty.

After the 1 Year Onsite Warranty has expired it is then down to the client to arrange Hardware Maintenance for the TOPIC file server.

It is essential to the running of your business that you have a Hardware Maintenance contract in place. All maintenance companies offer
different response tarrifs (i.e 4 hour, 8 hour, 16 hour).

The TOPIC file server is what is classed as a critical server.

So, please remember that the quicker response time, the shorter the down time.

You may already have Hardware Maintenance cover on other hardware (printers, PC's etc.) within your business, if so, add the TOPIC file server onto this contract.
